Almost No Memory is the alchemistic debut from Earth Color. Wandering through a motley collection of recordings amassed over the previous 10 years, Earth Color creates a tapestry of noise and melody. Eschewing refinement in favor of an affirmative process, rooted in destroying samples, then rebuilding and arranging them into thick blocks of sound.

Almost No Memory refuses to be taken in by the swelling subgenres of experimental music. Any mode, any texture, is fair game, as long as it contributes to the album's churn of recognition and estrangement.
